Refunds Policy
At Sieda Milling, we take great care in producing and packing our stoneground flours. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unconsumed (unless the complaint is a quality issue), or you may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Our flours are food products and cannot be returned or resold once they leave our care.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email admin@siedamilling.com.au with:
- Your order number A brief description of the issue Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
- Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Return Postage
If a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return postage costs. We’ll provide instructions once we’ve assessed your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
